This service provides systemic counseling (Lebens- und Sozialberatung) delivered as asynchronous email counseling. AI tools are used to assist in drafting responses; every response is reviewed and approved by a qualified human counselor before delivery.

This is not psychotherapy (Psychotherapie). This service does not address diagnosis, treatment, or any matter related to mental illness as defined under Austrian law.
