What data we collect and why
Contact form submissions
When you submit a session request, we collect your first name, email address, session type preference, timezone, and the situation description you provide. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and arrange a counseling session. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
Confidentiality of session inquiries
Any personal information you share in the contact form — including descriptions of your situation — is treated with the same confidentiality as counseling session content. It is not shared with third parties beyond what is technically necessary to deliver the service (see below).
Server and access logs
Technical data (IP address, browser type, access timestamp, pages visited) is processed automatically by our hosting provider Cloudflare for security, stability, and error analysis. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Third-party services
Cloudflare (hosting and CDN)
This website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical access data as part of delivering the website. Data may be processed on servers outside the EU/EEA. Cloudflare applies Standard Contractual Clauses as an appropriate safeguard.
Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
Google Fonts
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser connects to Google servers. This may transfer your IP address to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in consistent typography).
Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
Data retention
Session inquiry data is retained only as long as necessary to process your request and, where a session takes place, for the legally required minimum retention period under Austrian law. Server logs are typically retained for no longer than 30 days.
No tracking or analytics
This website does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other behavioural tracking or advertising technology. No cookies are set by this website.
